How to get a help wanted crop in only 2 days

Grow 2-3 of everything each season, that's the only way to have a Crop that someone randomly wants. But IMO it's still best not to have the Crop at all so you can quickly and easily ignore the request. Because you know if you have it laying around somewhere, the person who requested it will be hiding somewhere you'll never find them, to your endless frustration.

Honestly you aren't supposed to finish every help wanted request, they're posted to the entire town and you can assume others handle it if you don't.
It's more of a 'if you have this item...' as the question is itself posed, just do it if you can and don't worry about if it not. You can do as Lew said and plant every type of crop at the start of the season but I never find it worth my time, unless you're really scrounging for friendship and are fine with the random chances.
