PC How to get a friends save

My friends and I decided to take a break from playing together, but one of my friends wants to save his character, and since I'm the host, when I export the save, it will be my character. So I'm wondering if there's a way to keep my friend's save so that he can continue playing with his character.

Hi!

On Windows:
You should be able to access the saves by using the WIndows key + R combination to bring up the Run dialog box and then enter in

%AppData%\StardewValley\Saves

and press enter, it will bring up a file explorer window with all of the save files and you should be able to back it up/export it directly that way.

On Mac:
Press Command + Space and enter the following:
~/.config/StardewValley/Saves

On Linux:
Uses the same storage path as Mac version:
~/.config/StardewValley/Saves
