How to edit warp totem destinations?

I am making a custom farm map and need to know how to edit the destination for farm warp totems and the obelisk on ginger island to line up with the little statue on the map. Also, how do I edit warp destinations like from the farm to the busstop without completly loading a custom file just to change the destination coordinates? I just want to edit custom desination coordinates without using a full "Action": "Load" command so that I can release my map without compatability issues.
