How the hell do you even install Peach body mod?

hopefully I ain't to late to answer I used vortex off of nexus Idk if you download from nexus there is a button to install from a file the orange bar also I think you can just shove the folder in mods that's where vortex put it after you extract it ps if you use seasonal cute characters you gotta go into config files and type in false on farmer base I couldn't change my skin tone why I saw your post I solved my issue hopefully this helps I'd recommend a mod configure https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/5098
