Dear tech support,

I have a problem starting the Anti Curse Software, my PC lags all the time, to the point the mouse does not work and sometimes even crash constantly. Attached are the error logs and a screenshot. I tried these things:
  • Restaring the PC
  • Restarting the Anti Curse Software
  • Checking in my magic ball if there is a monster stealing the energy of my PC
  • Verifying file integrity in Steam
  • Un and reinstalling the program
  • Un and reinstalling Steam
  • Using random magic to force my PC working
  • Updating drivers
However none of the above helped. What else can I try?

Dear tech support,

my PC specs are following:
  • Windows 11
  • Intel i9 14900K
  • RTX 5090
  • 128 GB of 6666 MHz DDR5 RAM
  • 8 TB of NVME SSD storage
I think my PC should be enough for that software to be run... I have been considering to upgrade to 256 GB of RAM using my magic if my current setup is not strong enough. I also tried to reinstall XNA but XNA won't download. Here is an attachment of the XNA error. I have also tried every magic in my spell book I could think of.

Dear M. Rasmodius,

I have read your mail and woah, you have a beast of a PC! It is definetely not an issue with the system requirements not met, could you perhaps try another RAM stick, as that sounds like a memory issue. You do not need to upgrade your RAM further. Now for XNA, try to install Visual Studio which includes XNA.

Dear tech support,

I have downgraded my RAM to 5000 MHz via BIOS settings and XNA downloads again. Now I get another issue, my screen flickers as soon as I type. I hear the sounds of my former collegue that is a witch, she moans bad things such as the C, D and Q words and that she'll all curse us. Now I get bluescreens if I try to start the Anti Curse software, I keep getting bluescreens. I have tried to do all kinds of anti curse magic but it did not fix my PC. Also why I write you and not call is that my telephone stopped working.

Dear Ministry of Magic,

It has come to my attention that one of your wizards, M. Rasmodius, saw that the curse of the Witch is approaching. He e mailed us with what seemed like a PC problem but in the troubleshooting M. Rasmodius described several signs of witch behavior. Firstly his PC sllwed to a crawl only when his RAM speed was set to 6666 MHz. As you know, 666 is the number of the beast and other customers with much faster server RAM did not experience such issues. Secondly M. Rasmodius reported that the witch's voice was audible through his computer's speakers.

Now due to that it is urgently advised to call all wizards available to battle against the curse to prevent further damage to any computers in this town.
