how many seeds should i buy for community center like how many potato seeds, green bean seeds and others seeds in different season cause i need it for community center.

You should be able to look at the community center menu (top-right tab) to see how many of each item is needed. You can also check the wiki if that's easier, since it will also provide links on where/when to find each item:

I think this is pretty individual based on where you are at in your gameplay, so I'm not sure someone can tell you how many seeds to buy. Food items are used for other things (which you may or may not be playing yet or have access to), like cooking, or "loved" gifts for friending players, etc. Though if you're just after the community center and you're going the bundles route to completing it (there's more than one way to complete the community center, bundles are the first option), then that bundles page has what you need already listed there, rather than someone trying to copy/paste here.
