How many total spaces are in every possible combination of things in the world except gold and time that has passed, assuming you enter the mine skull cavern or volcano dungeon once in the entire game? What counts as a space is one of the squares that measures the distance between things (a tree for example is a 1x1 square). What counts as a square is if it is on-screen even if it is inaccessible.
