Question How can I REALLY remove Mods?

Hi, I'm new here. I used to play Stardew Valley like years ago and now I want to play it again then I'm stuck with these stuffs. I want to know how to delete mods permanently because some of them appear like this. I have tried 'Verified integrity of game files' in the Steam game properties but it still there then I tried going through the local files and deleted the folder mod but it doesn't work T_T. I really want to solve this because I want to play this game save (I'm already in year 4).

Depending on what exactly you want to remove, you could try reinstalling the mod it came from, removing the item, and deleting the mod again. Another method would be to use a mod such as map editor extended.
If the issue is also that the mods are broken in the newest version, then you might have to go back to legacy 1.5, and figure out what of your mod list can be saved from there.
