House breaking/glitching

(this is my first time using this, so if something is needed for me to get some help, please lmk)
My home has been glitching on any save where i marry Shane. I've tested old saves and made a new one where i had married Sam, Seb or Abigail - and this hadn't happened on them. I checked a save i had married Shane in already, and old save where he was boyfriend, and a save I made yesterday - and all of them had the same problem (I linked a screenshot, not sure if it worked)
This doesn't happen if i remove my mods, though, and i have 0 clue on what mod it is. Any help would be appreciated if people still use the Forums.
I also linked my error logs, if that helps at all.

I don’t see a mod that would cause your farmhouse to glitch like that, so the best approach is to remove your mods one by one. Start with mods that add something to your spouse, like Immersive Family or Immersive Spouses.
