Welcome to the forums! If you're looking for others to play Stardew with, I'd recommend looking through the Multiplayer (LFG) section and creating a thread there as well.

Unfortunately as far as I know there isn't a simple way like with usernames, I just have the formatting saved to make them look nice when I link them, it looks like this:
