hi the game sounds kool is there a place where i could test the game cause id like to help out with testing the game is concerened ape looking for testers at any time for this game?

Not that we know of, ConcernedApe has actually said he's spending more time focused on his upcoming game Haunted Chocolatier this year! I suspect that one is too early in development to be ready for a playable beta though.
