Help!

Hi I am playing on mobile. I would like to ask how to purchase this app without deleting my current progress. I just got this game through my friend who shared it to me via(Bluetooth) and already played for awhile. I want to purchase this app and I can't because it's already installed in my google play store, I don't want to uninstall the app bcs it doesn't save my data. Btw I think this is just an APK app because it is only shared to me. How can I purchase the app without having to uninstall the app and losing my progress/data. Badly needed help.

You can go into your files and find the place that your save files (your worlds) are kept. They should just be in a big folder labelled "Stardew Valley"

Copy the saves folder from in there and paste it somewhere else, then do the whole process of uninstalling and buying. When you're done, just place that folder with all yours saves back in the new Stardew Valley folder and all should function.

If you can't see your saves when you load up the game then make a new save. This will create a new 'saves' folder that the game knows is linked to the saves. Then drag the contents from the old saves folder into the new saves folder. This should fix the issue (but it shouldn't happen in the first place)
