My grandson downloaded this game but we can't get past the set up page

My first piece of advice is to post in the help and support section of the forum. Staff seems to reply really quickly to posts there. Second, are you using a pc, switch, or mobile? I use mobile so my experience is different than a switch user. But, lastly, make sure you’ve filled out a name, a farm name, and your favorite things. If those 3 fields are filled out you should be able to hit a green check mark and start. Well, if you’re playing mobile. Good luck!
