My game is stuck. It switches between items. I can't even log out of the game. I've tried restarting the console but the problem remains. I have a video but it won't upload because it's the wrong file type.

Can you elaborate what you mean by "switches between items"? Are you saying you can't move in-game but you can select items just fine?

It's like the button that switches inventory is stuck on.
