Help with wizards basement

It's been a while since I was in stardew valley, and I just came back. And, if I remember correctly, there was a way to get to the wizards basement without being friends with him. Can anyone help?

Complete the Magic Ink quest. Then you can teleport from the Witch's house.

Moreover, you can also use this way to enter Wizard's Tower at anytime of the day. This is useful if you need to bring items to Wizard before the day ends (birthday, quest...) and the tower is closed.
