Help with Save Files Steamdeck to Windows

Hi all!

Hope I am in the right place for this. I currently play on a steam deck and my wife also plays on my same profile but under a different save. We want to be able to play with each other and I know this would require a separate device. If I were to get steam going on her computer and download Stardew Valley, is there a way for me to transfer her save over to her steam profile? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Yeah, the save files are the same over the two devices I believe, you simply have to find the location of the file folder on the steam deck, then transfer the file over to the pc, either through wired transfer or sending it over something like an email.

Finally just put the file folder into the correct place on the pc and it should work fine
(location on pc is accessed by pressing windows key+r, typing %appdata%, then navigating to the stardew folder then to the saves folder)

Yes, you can transfer the save file. Copy the save from your Steam Deck's Stardew Valley directory to the same location on her computer. Once you place it in C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\StardewValley\Saves\, she can load it on her Steam profile.
