Help with mods crashing the game

I'm playing multiplayer, and suddenly in winter year 2 my character won't load and SMAPI get's a lot of red messages. Anyone know what to do?

Scroll down until you reach red, that's the space where it says witch ones are outdated, empty folders, and need to be updated
