Coding Help Help with mod

Hi,

I have been trying to make some mods, but I can't find any tutorials. Most of them were either not working or not what I wanted. Right now I've been trying to make tools, more backpacks, new rings, and a new dimension (accessible from a warp totem/farm obelisk) with some new npcs in that dimension. But for now I wanna get the dimension+npcs. I'm practically new, and don't know much in coding. (Yes, I'll need help with the files, IDK how some of it goes. Basically start from the beginning, pls.

Found a backpack base for me to use. Still need the dimension and npcs though
