Mobile [HELP] Upgrading Cellar doesn’t work. Upgrading barns and coops are lost too

I paid 100k coins to upgrade my Farmhouse with a cellar. I couldnt find the entrance. When I went back to Robin, I can only shop and not upgrade. I’m playing using Stardew Valley mobile. Please help. Thank you!

Hey, I hope you get the proper help you need! Just to make sure you didn't miss it, the cellar is at the bottom left of your house when you enter-- the wall opposite of the kitchen. It can be a bit easy to miss, which is why I point it out. If it's not there though, this is definitely an issue, and I hope it gets solved!

I'm a new player. I paid gold coins to purchase a coop for animals and selected where I wanted it. This was two days ago (irl) and still no coop. I'm hoping someone can help me get the coins back so I can buy it again.
