PC [HELP] Unable to add Farmhouse Upgrade 3 (Cellar)

I'm recently back to SDV and want to add a cellar to my T2 farmhouse. However, the only options from Robin are these:

Is there someplace else to look for the cellar upgrade? I don't need to add all these extra rooms to the house, just want the cellar.

You clicked on "Make House Renovations"; which is different.

When you first click on Robin; there should be the following choices:

Shop​

Upgrade House​

Make House Renovations​

Construct Farm Buildings​

'Upgrade House'; is the one you want to choose to add the cellar.

Hrm, odd. By any chance do you already have it? It's the room "south" of the kitchen.

Thanks, I took a quick look. And, you do have a cellar when I load up the game. But, you're blocking the stairs to the cellar with 3 chests. They contain a mixture of food, flowers & a few miscellaneous items.

Enter your farmhouse, from the farm; then immediately go left. Where the bottom of the kitchen is. Pull all the items out of one chest, and dig it up.
Then head down the stairs to your cellar.
