Issue HELP the SMAPI installer won't install on mobile

I'm trying to install SMAPI on my android, but it won't load past 49%. It took a few seconds for it to get to this point, but now it's an hour in on my latest attempt...

Can you smart people help me figure out what's wrong and how to solve it?
