Help the fooled greedy!

Hello, many of us, in addition to collecting stamps, fishing, and collecting ore in Stardewvalley, also have other hobbies, for example, someone shoots out gangsters in Cyberpunk, someone is at war with the empire in TESO, and someone just wanders around the world of GTA Online. But in some other cases, people would willingly ruin their lives, health, and families with their own hands. I am addicted to slot machines, it started two months ago when I was bored surfing the Internet and came across an ad offering to get rich very quickly playing slot machines, it was a good idea, I thought! if i was lucky, I would just be able to afford to buy the SSD drive that I dreamt of, and if I was not lucky, then It was not going to get worse losing $5! Instead of winning and buying the disc, I started playing more and more, immersed in gambling addiction; Deposits increased in number per night. Gradually, the size of deposits started to grow; lately, pouring out $ 80 per night was my standard. Amid my madness, when I was one step away from taking appliances out of the house to sell them, my father stopped me. My sister and I went to my father in the hospital, while my sister was listening to the old man's stories, I preferred to play slots on my phone silently. As soon as I managed to pour another 80 dollars into a deposit, someone pulled the phone out of my hands with force! It was my Dad; He said that if I would not give up gambling, then he would deprive me of financial support because he did not want to give me money so I would spend it in casinos. Father's decision was tough, but fair, since I managed to lose 80 dollars a day, now I have to live the whole month on this amount, I may receive the next money only in a month. Now it would be easier for me to quit gaming, especially that I had already lost more than $1200 at the casino and that helped me to decide to give up gambling as soon as possible since I went broke and I was jobless at that time. I had one problem, it was necessary to withdraw money from my account back to the card, Then my adventure began, in the evening, I sent a request for a withdrawal of funds, I expected to receive it in a couple of hours since the amount is small, but that did not happen. The next morning I decided to contact the support team, and they demanded to provide a package of documents for making a payment and said that I would have to wait three days for the money to get to my account; I sent everything and waited. Four days later, I chatted with one of the representatives from the support team asking about the 80$, in response I received that "since there are many applications, we physically cannot process such many applications in such a short time, we ask you to wait for your turn, approximately in three days". On the ninth day of my failing trip, I referred again to the support team, in hopes that they were ready to send me my cash, and in fact, they made me happy, my application was considered, but I needed to send more photos of my credit card to make a payment. I carefully sent everything; the application is hanging in the processing status for a long time, every day I write to the support team, and every day they say, "Wait". It felt like I have won the jackpot, and they were hardly looking for cash to transfer me my huge amount of money! I have already lost 1200$ playing there, I want to return what I did not have time to lose only 80$. It seems to me that Ruby Fortune is a real scammer.
Please help, if you found yourself in a similar situation!
Advise me on what to do and how to get my money back!

@Jourilalom I myself have not experienced what you went through and I am truly sorry that you have. I can empathize with being drawn into things with promises of great prizes or wealth, however. So I cannot give you any professional advice and I would recommend you seek that to help mitigate the gambling trap you've fallen into.

With regards to the scam, if I understand everything here, you've provided your credit card information to this group, presumably the ones who ran the slots, as a requirement to get money from them? If so, I'd recommend reaching out to your card provider and look into canceling that card and getting another. I can't speak for every card company, but they typically won't approve gambling charges immediately and have a rather lengthy process to see whether or not they will approve it based on past behavior. This is a rather complicated scenario to be sure, but you would be better off going to your card company with this and look into a dispute. What will make it tough is you did "willingly" offer this information, however you did so under the guise of a promised product i.e. money in this case. That may help your case.

I truly wish you the best of luck with this and can only say hang in there. This will be a rather long process, and a tough learning experience, you're going to go through.

This advice isn't the strongest, but, if they have your credit card information, you should cancel it and get a new one. Just call the bank people and tell em to cancel your credit card.
Also, NEVER gamble over anything. Those machines are rigged as can be. Also you are more likely to get attacked by a black bear and a polar bear in the same day than to win a big jackpot lottery ticket.
Last thing, I guess I'll just pray for you. Wishing you Best of (legit) luck for you.

Also don't click random links or banner ads on the net unless you know exactly where you're going.

@Nunnya business actually being mauled by both of those bears would be very impressive considering they don't generally live in the same ecosystem, lol.
@LRangerR that's exactly what I'm saying. Lottery tickets rarely give you money. More rare than finding a prismatic shard everyday for a whole sdv week

And just something I've learned over the years, (This is true for MasterCard in Canada, I don't know where you are or who you're with, or where else this applies, but I'll share anyway) If there is suspicious activity on your card, the company you're with will flag it, but they won't notify you or call you. You have to call in yourself if you have any suspicions and they will tell you and help you deal with it from there. It's for security purposes. Again, I'm not sure if this is applicable where you are, but it is here.

Well, dude, that’s really bad, the situation is not cool, but I think your money is gone. As the last method, try to write a bad review for this casino on www.rubyfortunereviews.com They claim to have an official representative.
