PC [HELP] [Steam]Game randomly crashing

Hello, I'm pulling my hairs out here...I hope I can get some help.

I got the game on steam and have been playing for a while, but every now and then (every other day irl), the game would just freeze and crash with no reason. I can't seem to find the action that causes the game to crash and exit, nor can I replicate the crashing by repeating the same thing I did when it crashes. I wonder if there're anyone who can help me on how to fix this problem?

Are you playing with any mods?
Either way, can you share an error log if you have one? You can find that on Windows by pressing the windows key + R and entering %appdata%/stardewvalley/errorlogs.
