Help! Stardew Valley 1.6 has not UPDATED

Has any of the Xbox one gamers received the new update that supposed to have come out on Nov 4th?? I took the day off yesterday so I can stay home to get this update and experience it but I have not got it yet...I have waited ever since the day they released the announcement coming to Xbox one and other consoles but even now I tried to update it but there is nothing. My console is up to date and I restart my system each time before checking, also I am in eastern time which I still believe it should have updated by now -_- please help!

I've seen other Xbox players receive the update but have also seen people on PS consoles in Europe not get the update entirely (getting fixed soon or already)

It could possibly be a location thing?

There may be time differences in different regions, for example, I only downloaded it on November 5th in China
