Windows [HELP] Screenshots folder not found

I downloaded the game through Xbox`s Windows App using my gamepass subscription. Every screenshot I take is not saved and when I try to open the folder I am greeted with that error. I looked for the folder and it was not there so I manually created it but it still gives me the same error. All the screenshots just dissapear.

How much of the path was there? Was the Stardew Valley folder in your \AppData\Roaming\ with a Saves folder inside, but just the Screenshots folder was missing?

How much of the path was there? Was the Stardew Valley folder in your \AppData\Roaming\ with a Saves folder inside, but just the Screenshots folder was missing?

Both the Stardew Valley and Screenshots folders were missing. I tried eliminating them (after I manually created them but didn'twork), uninstalling and installing the game again but it yet again failed to create them.
