PC [HELP] Save gone

Stardew and my PC was a bit laggy, so I decided to restart my PC. Come back on, and my 75+ hour, Fall year 3 save has vanished. I tried deleting it and removing the _old in the folder, and that did nothing. The save is in the folder, but it isn't showing up in-game. Is there a way for me to get this back, cause I was at about 75% completion rate on it, and was close to shipping 15 crops and 1 of every item, so I would really like to have it back if possible.

Looking in my folder, and my SaveGameInfo file is completely empty in that folder. Is there a way to fix this?
