Solved HELP. Robin didn't upgrade my house

So I purchased the final house upgrade (the one that adds the cellar). Next day, Robin is working on the house. At the end of the night, I pass out getting the golden scythe. The next morning, Robin is no longer working on the house, and there is still no cellar. Does anyone know why this happened? Is there any way to fix this?

OHHH!!! I'm an idiot. I purchased the upgrade Winter 6. So it will be done Winter 10 bc of the Festival of Ice.
