Windows [HELP] Random crashes

I suffer for random crashes. They can happen any time while doing anything. Sometimes game crashes while saving. Also got BSOD couple of times. No other games have crashed/BSOD in ages.

I'm playing Gamepass version, Windows 10, single player, 5700XT, AMD 3600, 16 gb ram. I have reinstalled GPU drivers with DDU, upgraded other drivers, ran couple of rounds of Memtest. Also briefly tried Steam version that also crashed.
