Solved [HELP] [Possible Bug] Qi's Crop quest having fewer days than intended?

I understand that Mr. Qi's special order board restarts on Monday, at least that's when I've seen it restart. But i have had multiple instances of the Qi's crop quest that do not have the intended number of days (28). I have had 21, 14, or even 7 days to do it, despite the quest not being available the previous week(s). Is this a known issue/bug? it is upsetting to not have the proper amount of time for a quest when it is first given.

If you get that quest offered on any day but the 1st of the month, it will be shortened to end at the end of the month. The same holds true for a particular special order on the board. It's annoying, yes.
