Help, please?

This time, i cannot find lots of Seaweed! Can a kind soul please remind me of the parameters i should secure, in order to get large quantities of the stuff, as fast as possible? (ex how much daily luck, which rod, best fishing spot if any etc)

I've never found a great way to get bulk Seaweed but repeating the Underwater levels of the Dangerous Mines might be a good thing to try. I also get some Seaweed from the Night Market Submarine trip but it's not a whole lot. Just finished 3 days of that and got maybe 12? Maybe also Fish the Ocean on a Bad Luck day.

I want to second fishing in ocean on bad luck days. I almost never check my daily luck, but I can always tell when it's awful, as I'll often go 8-10 casts in a row catching nothing but seaweed or algae, depending on where I'm fishing.

There’s a time where all fish are too difficult for the training rod, so all you catch is seaweed. I think it’s summer during the day, but you might want to look that up.

Generally minimum casting at the beach will net the most if you want to do it manually, the best way to get bulk for it is just to put any of the crustacean/shelled fish into fish ponds, they all share the same loot table and often give seaweed

Since you're probably going for seaweed to make more ponds it's basically self-fulfilling

The old trick: Summertime -> Bad Luck -> Training Rod is still in effect and works wonders! ~25 per day, ergo ~5 fish ponds can be constructed from a single day's Seaweed hunting! Soon, my goal will be reached! Thanks for the suggestions!

As for Seaweed producing Fish Ponds though, they aren't worth it... They produce it rarely and in small numbers, alas.
