PC [HELP] PC Console visibility (not console as in controllers)

Is there a way to view the console on PC? Or do you need a mod to do this?

Does the preload SMAPI terminal act as the gameconsole?

In most other games i play I can press a button (usually tilde) to bring up a gameconsole where I can enter commands, for example, hide the entire UI or something like that. It also acts as an error log, or just a log in general sometimes, depending on the game.

Ah, I see. As far as I know Stardew doesn't have a built in console. There are a few commands (mostly related to multiplayer) that you can use in the game's chat window: https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Multiplayer#Commands
And on PC you can use F4 to hide the game UI.
