Solved [HELP] Not getting out of bed

I bought and installed Stardew a few days ago in Android and started liking it. So I bought and installed it on my Linux Mint 20 PC.
Problem is that once I go through the initial setup and get to the first day the fellow does not want to get out of bed!!
When clicking on the parcel or the door he just hacks away with a pick axe or an axe.....in Bed.
Any ideas

Are you trying to click-to-move? Try using WASD keys if so :) (You can configure them to be something else in options, though.)

Yes, I'm trying to move around by using the mouse. I'm not really good at moving around by keyboard. Any other way to play this game.

Since nobody else has answered your question, the movement controls for mobile and PC are very different. You need to use the keyboard for your movement. If you need help figuring out what all the keys do you can go to your options tab and check out all the controls towards the bottom of it.

You're welcome. You're definitely not alone in that. Going from mobile to literally any other platform apparently has a fairly steep learning curve. I'll just leave this here, it's another thread about someone who was having the same (kinda) difficulties as you. So you can commiserate or something, idk, lol.
