PlayStation [HELP] No digital Game in the Spain PSN store

I am not sure if this should be posted here. But well, it seems like the game is not available in the PSN store in Spain, while it is available in other countries' PSN stores. Does anyone know why? Will it be available to purchase and download? If so, when? Thanks.
