Issue help my smapi keeps telling me to update half of my mods but I'd redownloaded them twice

hello, please help. my smapi keeps telling me to update when I've downloaded everything and went on nexus and checked.

yeah but I can't access the main menu thing by pressing esc either and that's what bothering me about smapi
