Windows [HELP] my game only runs in compatibility mode after it wouldn't launch

hi, after i installed win10 on my computer stardew valley wouldn't launch trough steam, i tried everything that was on the steam discussions and the only thing that worked was to change it to compatibility mode. The problem's that i want to use mods but smapi doesn't run in compatibility mode. The error log show this note, someone can help me identify what im missing?

Is your Windows 32 or 64 bit? because with 1.5.5 the game changed its architecture and with that, now the normal version of the game only works with 64-bit operating systems and there are certain mods that don't work with compatibility mode (32-bit) I don't know if that's the issue.
