PC [HELP] Multiplayer, cannt join others, Only be host

Hello, Im new playing SV, but I want to play coop by Internet.

When I host the game, other ppl can join to the party, but when I try to join o other servers, connection fails...
Im using windows 10,eset nod32 antivirus.

Does anybody hhave had this problem ?
