Help me with mr. Qi quest

I just went to ginger island and I've got almost all the golden wallnuts (maybe) and I entered mr. Qi's room, honestly I don't understand how to complete all the quests

It's like the community board outside the mayor's house. You pick one of the two on the board and do that. The board updates each Monday.

I find most of them pretty self-explanatory in what I need to do to complete them. Some of them can be a bit tricky though. This page in the wiki explain them a bit more.

Qi's Walnut Room - Stardew Valley Wiki

The Walnut Room is located on the West side of Ginger Island. It can be opened once the player obtains a total of 100 golden walnuts (see Note below). Inside is a Perfection Tracker, a Special Order Board, and a Vending Machine that sells items in exchange for Qi Gems.

Once you choose a quest, make sure you check its journal entry for requirements. It will tell you exactly what to do and show how far along you are.
