Question Help me with dialogues

So i'm editing a mod that changes responses of NPCs when given certain gifts, downloaded a mod from nexus and started messing with some things, but I read in the comments that there was a way to determine what dialogue is used depending on your relationship to the character. two guys showed two diferent codes, now idk which use and where. more details just ask

"When": "Relationship:[character]": "Dating"

"Hearts:[character}": "{{Range: 4,14}}"
