I've recently started this new file for the 1.5 update and a few times my game crashed but I've never lost any files from it crashing, but when it crashed this time my save was gone. Before I went into %appdata% to check if the file was gone but it wasn't, I've also been checking steam on what to do and I checked what ConcernedApe put out on what to do and I was a little confused about that but I've tried it and so far since I haven't been trying to recover my save for that long I'm thinking about waiting a day then checking again. I'll probably go try recovering my save again tomorrow or later today but in the meantime can someone please give me more detail on what I should do? This has never happened to me before and I'm also very new to using the forums.
