PC [HELP] Lost Itemslost items,

Play on PC Year 4 Fall day 10
Woke up in bed hit sleep again by accident woke up Day 11 but all items in Backpack gone. Can not go back to before they where missing. Lost all Gold tools

Did you keep playing? If you're still on the 11th, you can switch your save file for the one that says _old at the filename, it will be the 10th.

Check Mayor Lewis house, there is a lost and found box and it should at least have your tools.

Playing version 1..5.4 on Steam.
still on day 11
Check Mayors house Lost and Found empty
No files with _old in Steam game folder
May have to buy tools and upgrade sad

Found the game saves in Steam Cloud
Download files
unchecked save to cloud
but games loads are still looking to cloud

The day now says Day 10 but the Items are still gone so maybe it was day before
I believe that all I can do

On chance went back to last site I was at the mine and found everything in the mine storage box.

I learned there is a one day backup file and where all the files are location if you select Steam cloud to store saves. The game still stores files in the hidden C:\User\username\AppData\Roaming\StardewValley\Saves location
