I’ve logged on today and no longer have my wood, stones or copper ores. Heartbroken as I had around 200+ stones, 100 wood & 20 copper ores. I couldn’t check the lost and found due to it being egg hunt day.

Were these items in your inventory or a chest? If they were in a chest then make sure to check ALL of your chests for them. If they aren't in there then I would recommend looking in your refrigerator if you have one, it's possible they are in there. Is it possible you trashed them on accident? The next day you can, you should also check lost and found as well.
