PC [Help] Journal icon disappears from screen

Bug? I no longer have the journal icon to see what the pending quests I have. I open the journal by pressing F but nothing is in the journal and I should have some things there. (eg reach level 25 in skull mine) Anyway I can fix I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

hi this just happened to me after accepting the reach lvl 25 in skull mine as well, can you please explain how you fixed it? Thanks!
