Windows [HELP] JojaMart Isn't Letting Me Join

Hi,
I completed a few bundles of the community center (Pantry, Crafts Room and Greenhouse) and decided I was going to go Joja. I went to Morris and he didn't offer me the membership. After about a week in-game he still won't give me the membership. Why?

Did you see the cut scene at Pierre's where Morris is offering discounts? I'm not sure that's necessary but I could imagine so.

Other question, are you using any mods?

How did you manage to get blacklisted from Joja? They'll take anyone (except linus because they can't figure out how to exploit him).
