Solved [HELP] I used a bug and regret doing it, can someone help me?

Well, I had seen a video about a guy showing a Stardew Valley bug ("exploit", as he said) and wanted to test if it really worked. Unfortunately, I did it on my main game, and consequently, ended up with 100.000 more gold than I had before. I regret doing that because it made the game less fun, since one of the most enjoyable things to do in the game is to forage, gather resources and improve your farm bit by bit.

Another thing that happened was the Demetrius cutscene when he asks if you want bats or mushrooms in the cave, because I previously had about 10.000 total earnings and suddenly got to 100.000.

In conclusion, I want to know how can I fix this: Is there a way to load a previous save file? Can I change the total earnings? Is it possible to undo a cutscene?

By the way, the bug is: when your inventory is full and you are holding an item on your cursor, if you click on the organize button the item drops on the ground and, though the item stacks back to the original item, it can still be crafted and sold.

If you want to get rid of a lot of money fast, go to Pierre's Store and buy as many catalogues and fruit tree saplings as you can then just dump them into the river or leave them on the ground and sleep. I'm unsure if there's an easy way to change your total earnings but if you hadn't even gotten the cave yet then you may not have been too far into a playthrough so you could restart if it really bothers you.
