Android [HELP]! I haven't got secret note #10 and I don't know what to do

I completed Qi's challenge. I did all of his funky little hijinks. And yet it's the only note I don't have! I'm on year 3 now and I'm breaking rocks and digging artifact spots and killing monsters and doing everything that could possibly give me a note and it hasn't appeared yet. I've looked it up to see if anyone else had this problem but all the results were on multiplayer and the other person got it before them or something similar. Should I just try harder?

Also, the wiki says that there is a 100 percent chance of a giant crop dropping one so should I try doing that? If it's currently Spring 15 will that be enough time for a giant cauliflower?

I always try for giant crops. They take up a 3x3 square, or 9 crops... and you always get more than 9 of that crop from them, plus things like a note, yes.

The hijinks for the key card is a separate quest line from the 3 part skull cavern quest. The first part is, discover the true purpose of the skull key. Then a letter in the mail for level 25. After the cash reward, the quest to level 100 is triggered by secret note. Giant crops or no, it drops when yoba drops it. I once waited 3 seasons and finally got it just clearing weeds. This time I got it the very next day scything the ice while hunting coal.
