I just updated my stardew and update every mods I have but when starting a new save Grandpa farm could not load in

Can you provide a full error log? You can generate one at https://smapi.io/log, there are instructions on that page. Having a log will make it easier to resolve your issue!

You mentioned in your first message that you did update everything, so if you've already done so, would you be able to launch the game again and generate a new error log?
Otherwise, if this is your latest log, it looks like there's updates you still have available, I'd definitely recommend you at least update SMAPI (https://smapi.io/) and Custom Map Changer (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/8207). I would be a good idea to update your other mods as well when you have time, while they may not be related to this issue, updating them can prevent other issues from occurring in the future.

Thank you for the help! already update the remaining mods and Grandpa's farm finally loaded in but there's now a new isssue, it seems that my save file keeps duplicating and deleting itself from the game upon shutdown and when reopening the game the file is missing! is there anyway to fix this new issue?

Edit: I also noticed you have Get Glam installed, if none of those steps on the wiki help, try removing that mod and see if that makes a difference.

Thank you! the save isn't disappearing anymore but it's still duplicating
