Windows [HELP] Gamepass - Multiplayer Crash - No Crash Logs

Hi All, hoping for some assistance with resolving frequent crashes I'm experiencing when playing with my daughter.

Platform: Windows 11 (me) and Windows 10 (her)
Version: Gamepass on PC (latest version)

  • We've connected using the multiplayer code or via Lan (our games will pop up as a joinable session).
  • We've both tried hosting and experience crashes every 15 minutes or so. Happens randomly.
  • When we crash, there are no crash logs. Screen goes black.
  • Only disconnect logs are captured for the joining player.
  • Wifi / Internet connection is stable (we remain connected on discord)
  • We've created new worlds/characters on both accounts and experience crashes.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

We are having the same issue playing co-op. I host the game and the other player crashes constantly. It’s at the point we want to stop playing because the other player can never stay logged into the game. Any help would be appreciated. We love the game, but it’s getting discouraging
