iOS [HELP] Game refuses to open (iOS)

For 3 days now I’ve been unable to play the game.

When I click on the game I see the first screen as usual and few seconds later the screen flashes to the same screen. After that the game closes. The game is up to day and I’ve restarted my iPhone multiple times. I don’t know what to do from here.

Are you still experiencing it?
if so, try reinstalling the game, or try clearing the cache

Yes, I’ve tried clearing the cache but nothing has changed.

Is deleting the game really the last option? I’m currently on year 21 and I don’t want to risk my game data being erased unless, you know, I can’t do anything else.
