PC [HELP] Game crashing when going to sleep

Im hosting a multiplayer online coop game with one other person and now on day 12 when we go to sleep the game freezes and crashes. No mods, completely up to date.. any ideas?

Well, my first idea would be to search the forums to see if someone else had a similar problem and find out if there was anything that fixed it for them...
