PlayStation [HELP] Friend and I can't connect; we keep getting error code (NP-32206-3)

So today a friend and I tried to play Stardew Valley on the Ps4, but we kept getting the code (NP-32206-3). We looked and this seemed to be a code some people got. The code doesn't seem to be a PlayStation error, cause its not in there error codes.

I am receiving the same error code as well! Can confirm. Subscribing to thread for a solution.

Power cycling does not work for host or myself.
Uninstalling does not work for host or myself.
Game is up-to-date for both of us.

Getting the same error code also :( Usually we just keep on trying and trying again and again until the error stops, however sometimes that doesn't work also.
